Drying Chambers Type-S

Drying chambers type S are used for drying fruit, vegetable, grain and medical herbs up to 300kg/ 24 hour capacity on the basis of row plums.

CONSTRUCTION:
According to the way of drying these are indirect drying chambers with forced convection. The body of the drying chamber is made of panels (metal) approved for use in food industry, and space between sheets is filled with light insulation. On the front part of the drying chamber there is a door with manual mechanism for opening. Drying chamber is recirculating with possibility of partial and complete air exchange.

CHARGING:
Charging is done by plates which are placed into chamber. Shape, dimensions and number of plates depends on capacity and material which is to be dried.

HEATING BODIES:
For heating the air in the drying chamber a heating aggregate is placed behind the fan group. Depending on the energy source, instead heating aggregate there could be used heat exchanger or battery of tubular electrical heaters. Heat aggregate uses as heating fuel wood, wood chips, branches, grains waste. Combustion chamber is made in such a way that there is a possibility to build in gas or oil burner. Heat exchangers use as a heating fluid a hot water, steam or thermal oil.

REGULATION OF THE DRYING PROCESS AND COMMANDS:
Regulation of the drying process is automatic or manual. Regulating equipment is placed in the command box placed on the outer wall of the drying chamber. Temperature regulation is automatic through temperature regulator.
