With direct steaming

The body of the steam chamber is built or made of panels. Construction work is carried out by the investor according to drawing of the equipment manufacturer.
Material is placed into the steam chamber by forklift or manually.
In the front of the chamber sliding door is installed with a lift mechanism. The door is made of insulated panels with aluminum lining sheets. All equipment in the door is made of stainless materials.
Steam is introduced through a perforated pipe placed in the rim of steam chamber in the floor. This pipe is made of stainless steel.
In the chamber there are channels for condensation drainage. Floor of the steam chamber is made with an inclination towards the condensate channels.
Steaming process is automatic so control valve with a motor drive is installed as well as processor for managing the process of steaming type "TOUCH" manufactured by "LOGICA" Italy.
