REGULATION OF THE DRYING PROCESS:
Regulation of the drying process is automatic through the microprocessor device for leading the drying process.

DESCRIPTION OF THE DRYING CHAMBER AND WORK PRINCIPLE:
The drying chamber is working on the principle of the heating pump. Drying is done without the input of the fresh air, by the circulation of the same air from which the moisture is taken at every pass over the aggregate. The air circulates through the raw wood, absorbs the moisture and goes back to the aggregate where the moisture is taken away and is heated again. This process is repeated all the time. Aggregate consists of compressor, condensator, steamer and accompanying installation. With panel version the body of the drying chamber consists of sandwich packages and carrying construction made of steal profiles. Inner and outer wall of sandwich package is made of aluminium profiles and sheet, and space between is filled with insulation. The main advantage of these drying chambers is minimum energy consumption, faster and better quality drying as well as nature friendly features. On the front and side walls of the drying chamber a heat insulated doors are placed with opening mechanism. There is a control door on the drying chamber placed for the reason of visual control of the drying process.
