Driyng chamber for veneer type-SF

SF Drying chamber is used for drying of veneer. Drying is done by air. Heating is done by water, steam, gas and light burning oil. Working temperature is to 140°C.

DESCRIPTION OF THE DRYING CHAMBER AND WORK PRINCIPLE:
Drying chamber construction is made of standard steal profiles protected with anticorrosive paints. The chamber is insulated by insulation packages filled with mineral wool. Appropriate fans are inbuilt in the chamber for the reason of circulation and discharging of the saturated air. Air for drying is led through the channel of heated air with blowers to the upper and lower part of the veneer which is moving between the rollers made of stainless steal pipes. Moving through the rollers veneer is dried and ironed at the same time. Capacity of the drying chamber depends on the thickness of veneer, its starting moisture, inlet temperature of heating media and according to all of this the speed of the rollers is adjusted. The choice of the speed of the rollers is done through frequency regulator placed in the control box.

REGULATION OF THE DRYING PROCESS:
Temperature in the drying chamber is measured at several places, and reading is done through the digital device placed in the control box. All the equipment necessary for the safe and proper work of the drying chamber is placed in the control box which is placed close to the drying chamber itself.
